Who we are
Crescent Venture Capital is a brand of Sand Hill Road Consulting LLP, Bengaluru, India. This policy covers this website and its forms.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: for joining the community, your name, contact details, company, role, LinkedIn and your note to us; for pitches, your company details, founders, stage and a link to your deck; for subscribing, your email. We do not ask for sensitive personal data.
Why we use it
To review your request or pitch, to reply to you, and, if you subscribe, to send occasional updates. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a private Google Workspace account controlled by Crescent and are visible only to the Crescent team.
Location for the Qibla compass
If you choose "Use my location", your browser shares your position with this page only to point the compass. It is not sent to us or stored.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to review and respond, and for up to three years for community and pitch records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details, or unsubscribe at any time, by writing to investments@crescentventure.capital.
